Dear Jessica,
My name is Sara. You do not know me, nor are you affiliated with me in any way, shape or form in the world. But I have a confession. I cheated and had ongoing affairs with your husband. I just had to write to you because often in my life I think about what happened.
I never wanted to impose any harm or damage to your marriage. In fact, I am writing this letter to you decades upon decades later. You are older than me, I believe. It happened when I was a young girl in my twenties. Honestly, I didn't know what I was doing living life, like most twenty-somethings tend to think and do. But my actions had repercussions.
My anonymity is important. I could go into all the details but vaguely, from what I remember he did tell me he was married to you. In fact, I know where you live. I know where you work. I know what you look like. I saw photos of you and even intimate items of yours as well.
I haven't developed my sense yet when I was so young. However, I did feel something was wrong while I was seeing your husband and fucking him. He was a real charmer to say the least. I was raised in a good upbringing, educated and I knew right from wrong. But I do confess, I had deviant and delinquent behaviors when I was still in college.
Guess, I just wanted to experience life in the fast lane with a successful man. It so happened, I stumbled across your husband to share the experience with. I don't know why he felt the need to cheat on you with me. In fact, he didn't just cheat with me. He cheated with hundreds if not thousands of others. Something I witnessed as well.
I know what car he drives, I know where he works, where both of you reside, what activities you had planned, your background and everything else it entails. I must have made up excuses in my twenty-something year old mind to go through with all of this with your husband. I did sincerely feel guilty but not so much at that time period.
Myself, I was messed up with issues as well. Perhaps the attention from your husband was enough to ease my own pains. So, I am sorry for this time period and having to have an affair with your husband. He had affairs with many other women and others too.
It wasn't only women your husband was obsessed with. He liked girls, lesbians and transgenders. Maybe men as well, I am not really sure. He was addicted to sex. Your husband would find women on the street or transgenders. He would be hit on by other women. With the nature of his work, he was constantly hit on with other ladies a lot.
He had you as his wife, yet I observed he kept seeking other women and people to have sex with. I never loved him, I was merely collecting random sexual experiences at that time of my life.
Don't want to go into all the debaucherous things that he did. I am sensing now, you are pretty upset and hurt by just reading this letter alone. Or perhaps you did eventually catch him cheating or with other women. Anyway, as a woman. I understand your hurt.
From his stories to me and what we experienced, I watched him cheat on you and go home with women. And I fucked your husband as well. He always told me how boring you were or how vanilla sex you gave him. I even knew you hired a private investigator.
I suppose I felt really guilty after I had an affair with your husband after all these years. It was a build up over time. The guilt and pain was really severed of this when I was younger but I had other issues to deal with to really focus on why I fucked your husband.
Perhaps society and the media also brought me to write to you. As I realized, there are many other husbands who have affairs with their wives. You would be surprised how many wives have no clue about it. I experienced both ends of these relationships.
With this first impression, you must think I am the utmost scum of the earth. I wouldn't blame you for thinking this way though. I did have a very guilty conscience nonetheless. The experience of having an affair with your cheating husband really changed my outlook though. It took me back to how I was raised. I know it wasn't healthy to have an affair.
Am not asking for forgiveness. I know what I did was so wrong and I own up to all of it. It's just that, I sensed at that time you were suspicious he was having many affairs. I could definitely attest to that. Your husband did have many affairs with different people.
To this day, I've never cheated or had an affair since decades ago with your husband.
I've felt guilty, remorseful for everything that happened.
Sorry for the betrayal.
