1.1 Contractual Relationship

Welcome to SlutteryTales ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and SlutteryTales regarding your access to and use of the website located at slutterytales.com, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or application linked or connected thereto (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, reading, submitting user-generated content, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms, as well as our Privacy & Cookies Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2.1 Legal Age Requirement

SlutteryTales is an adult-oriented online community strictly intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older.

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.3 Account Security & Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities, actions, and user-generated content posted under your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at slutterytales@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account security.

4.1 Retained Copyright Ownership

SlutteryTales respects creative ownership. You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the original text works, stories, poetry, artwork, audio, or video files that you upload, submit, or publish on the Platform ("Publication Data" or "UGC").

4.2 Non-Exclusive License to SlutteryTales

By submitting or publishing UGC on SlutteryTales, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, format, display, distribute, search, index, and transmit your UGC solely for the operational purposes of running, promoting, displaying, and maintaining the Services.

4.3 Representations Regarding Your UGC

By posting UGC to SlutteryTales, you represent and warrant that:

You are the sole creator and owner of the content or hold all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish it.

Your content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights of any third party.

Your content complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as our Content Policy.

When using SlutteryTales, you agree NEVER to post, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that falls into the following categories:

CSAM/CSAE: Any depicting, describing, or promoting child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, or non-consensual depictions involving minors. Zero-tolerance policy.

Non-Consensual Content (NCII): "Revenge porn," deepfakes, or photos/videos published without the explicit written consent of all depicted individuals.

Real-World Violence & Harm: Content inciting suicide, self-harm, real-world acts of terrorism, or extreme violence against real individuals or protected groups.

Doxxing & Personal Data: Publishing private phone numbers, home addresses, government identification numbers, financial details, or confidential information of any living person.

Malware & Spam: Uploading viruses, phishing links, automated bot spam, commercial advertising scripts, or affiliate referral spam.

Copyright Infringement: Posting copyrighted books, stories, artwork, or media belonging to other authors or artists without explicit authorization.

6.1 Right to Moderate

SlutteryTales reserves the right, but assumes no legal obligation, to review, monitor, flag, edit, unpublish, or delete any user content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe such content violates these Terms or our platform policies.

6.2 Termination Powers

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including without limitation:

Breach of these Terms or associated policy documents.

Requests by law enforcement or governmental agencies.

Technical or security issues.

Extended periods of account inactivity.

The SlutteryTales name, logo, branding, layout design, user interface, software code, database architecture, and proprietary algorithms are owned by or licensed to SlutteryTales and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our platform codebase or brand assets without prior written consent.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, external portals, or external adult services. SlutteryTales does not endorse, control, monitor, or assume liability for the safety, accuracy, privacy practices, or content of any third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is done entirely at your own risk.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SLUTTERY TALES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from server outages, viruses, or technical defects.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SLUTTERY TALES, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNATIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlutteryTales, its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Terms or any referenced policy document.

User-generated content you publish or upload to the Platform.

Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Your misuse of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in India, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure or delay by SlutteryTales in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the changes.
