Community Guidelines

1.1 Overview

SlutteryTales ("Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") is dedicated to fostering a creative, safe, and legal environment for adult literature, creative writing, digital artwork, and community discussions. Because our platform hosts adult-oriented themes and user-generated content (UGC), strict moderation standards and content boundaries are necessary to protect our users, maintain legal compliance globally, and preserve a respectful community.

1.2 Scope & Enforcement

These Community Guidelines & Content Policy ("Policy") apply to all users, creators, readers, and visitors across all domains, subdomains, features, mobile web views, and interactive portals operated by SlutteryTales.

This Policy is legally binding as part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or reporting to legal authorities.

To protect human rights, public safety, and ensure strict compliance with global laws, SlutteryTales maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the following categories of content. Any post, story, image, audio file, video, or message containing any of the following will be immediately deleted, and the offending user account will be permanently banned.

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)

Absolute Prohibition: We strictly prohibit any text, story, depiction, illustration, photo, audio, or media that depicts, describes, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, incest involving minors, or pedophilia.

Fictional & Anime/Manga Depictions: This prohibition applies equally to written fiction, fantasy, abstract text, AI-generated imagery, anime, manga, and digital art. Content depicting or describing sexual acts involving characters who are under the age of 18—or who are framed/described as minors—is strictly forbidden.

Mandatory Legal Reporting: SlutteryTales proactively reports all suspected instances of CSAM/CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), local law enforcement, and relevant regulatory authorities globally.

2.2 Non-Consensual Sexual Content (NCII) & "Revenge Porn"

Real Individuals: Publishing, sharing, or threatening to share sexually explicit photos, videos, or audio recordings of any real person without their explicit, verifiable written consent is strictly illegal and forbidden.

Deepfakes & Synthetic Media: AI-generated or digitally manipulated explicit media depicting real living people without their documented consent is strictly prohibited.

Non-Consensual Voyeurism: Media captured in private spaces without consent (e.g., hidden camera content) is completely banned.

2.3 Real-World Violence, Harm & Self-Injury

Real-World Violent Incitement: Direct threats of real-world violence, physical harm, terrorism, mass violence, or illegal acts against specific individuals, real organizations, or protected groups.

Self-Harm & Suicide: Content encouraging, instructing, glorifying, or providing actionable methods for suicide, self-mutilation, or eating disorders.

Doxxing & Personal Identifiers: Publishing real-world private identification details of any person (including home addresses, government identification numbers, financial records, workplace details, or private contact information) without authorization.

SlutteryTales recognizes that adult literature often explores taboo, dark, or sensitive fictional themes. To maintain an environment that supports creative expression while ensuring user safety, all fictional works must adhere to the following rules:

3.1 Content Warnings & Mandatory Tags

Requirement: Authors publishing stories containing dark, taboo, or potentially triggering themes (e.g., non-consensual sexual acts in fiction, extreme violence, BDSM, heavy dub-con) must apply clear content warnings and relevant system tags prior to publication.

Deceptive Tagging: Falsely tagging or hiding extreme themes to trick readers into viewing unwanted content is a violation of platform guidelines.

3.2 Real People Fiction (RPF)

Stories involving real, living individuals (such as celebrities, public figures, or private citizens) must not depict them in explicit sexual scenarios or slanderous/defamatory contexts without explicit permission.

Fictional depictions involving historical figures or entirely original fictional characters are permitted provided they comply with Section 2.

SlutteryTales strives to maintain a constructive community across forums, comment sections, and direct messaging.

4.1 Harassment & Bullying

You may not engage in target harassment, hate speech, threats, or intimidation against other platform members, authors, or staff. Constructive criticism of creative writing is welcomed; personal attacks on authors are not.

4.2 Hate Speech & Discrimination

We do not tolerate content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, or violence against individuals or groups based on:

Race, ethnicity, or national origin

Religion or creed

Disability, medical condition, or neurodiversity

Gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation

Age (among legal adults)

4.3 Spam, Scams & Commercial Abuse

Spamming: Posting repetitive messages, commercial advertisements, referral links, or automated bot messages in forums or comment sections is prohibited.

Phishing & Malware: Distributing malicious links, spyware, trojans, or attempting to compromise user account credentials will result in immediate termination and IP blocking.

5.1 Automated & Human Oversight

SlutteryTales employs a hybrid moderation architecture combining automated AI scanning tools (for keyword analysis, CSAM hash matching, and media analysis) with trained human moderators who review user flags and appeals.

5.2 Reporting Mechanism

Users can flag any story, comment, forum post, or profile that violates this Policy by using the "Report" button located on every piece of content or by emailing slutterytales@gmail.com with direct links and details.

5.3 Violation Escalation Matrix

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, SlutteryTales enforces the following actions:

If you believe your account was suspended or your content was removed in error, you may submit a formal appeal:

Provide details explaining why the content or action was taken in error.

Our administrative team will review the claim and issue a final determination within 14 business days.

SlutteryTales reserves the right to update this Policy at any time to conform with new laws, technology improvements, or changing community standards. Revisions take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform.
