Noble Quest Pt. 01

0 views17 min read19 days ago

All the "hero" stories -- slaying dragons, saving damsels, earning lands for quests -- Oliver Hardstone had heard them all and never really cared. The youngest brother, handsome but unpromising, spent his days drinking wine, watching half-naked ladies dance, or arguing with his best friend Fillipe over who was stronger. Fillipe Hawthorne was his squire: younger, bulkier, and somehow always victorious in their sword fights. Respectful as required, of course.

"My liege..." Fillipe always said, his large brown eyes shining with feigned reverence, "I apologise for besting you again. Perhaps another duel later? Surely next time you will win." He said it so often that Oliver had stopped listening months ago, always just retreating to his quarters without a word, carrying his shattered ego away.

Nothing could make Oliver care about quests -- nothing, that is, until he heard about her. A very special damsel.

"A real princess? Kidnapped?" His voice rose a notch. He almost grabbed Fillipe's hand as he brought the news. Almost.

"Yes, my liege. She was kidnapped by fanatics of the Dragon's Order, and the King guaranteed that anyone who rescues her will become the duke of the region they're hiding in!"

"Eh... and the princess? What about her?" Oliver sounded mildly disappointed, his lips twisting disapprovingly.

Fillipe sighed. "Maybe you get her hand. The king did not say."

Oliver lowered his voice to a whisper, looking around as if afraid someone might be eavesdropping.

"And if I wanted to... you know... just bang her? I am not sure if I'm ready for a committed relationship..." He waited for Fillipe's judgement. "Do you think the king would mind? I mean... she should be the reward, right? I do not care about the duke title, goddammit."

Fillipe fought the urge to slap the man in front of him, but took a deep breath and spoke calmly. "You can ask the princess once you save her. How does that sound?"

Seeing his liege still unconvinced, Fillipe pressed on. "She surely would not reject a man like you! C'mon! It's time to grow up and actually be a hero! I have been your squire for years, and we have never gone on a single quest!" He spoke with anger. "I don't want to call my current situation a waste of time, but I have been yearning for adventure. A real one!"

Oliver rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "Alright... fine. I'll do it. Everyone else is busy anyway, and the princess needs a saviour, does she not?!" He tried to fire himself up, while Fillipe, unsure what to say, simply raised his fist in the air.

"Surely! Now, let us prepare and tell your father. He will be pleased to hear it."

Once a loser among his brothers, Oliver now rode like a knight heading into legend. His brown hair streamed in the wind as he led the horse north -- towards the bandit camp. Fillipe held the map, making sure they did not get lost. Their country, called Zshulia, consisted of a few regions. The one they were leaving was called Velmora -- the most important, as it contained the capital city. They needed to reach the northern end, known as Droskvald. Neither of them had ever been there, but it was known for its rough terrain and lack of fertile ground -- just rocks and woods.

"Sir, remember -- it is a quest. There will be foes along the way, and we must defeat them with our wits or strength! The bandits have allies throughout the country..."

"Yes, yes, I know," Oliver interrupted, chuckling as he glanced over his shoulder. "There is nothing in this world that could distract me from our goal..."

He turned back to the road -- and froze. A woman with generous curves blocked their path, dressed in a purple cape and scandalously revealing, leather attire, with a pointed hat atop her head. Fillipe instantly recognised her and pointed. "It is a witch! Be careful, sir!"

The woman smirked at the two ripe young knights before her. Her leather corset barely contained her plush breasts, and her panties were accented with a metal belt around her hips.

"Going somewhere, handsome boys?" she purred. "If you wish to pass, you must answer to me!" She raised a hand to her breasts dramatically. "I am Belladonna Nightshade, the Guardian of the Dragon!" Noticing Fillipe's doubtful expression, she added, fuming, "One... one of the Guardians! My sisters and I have an important job, and you stinky little knights will not humiliate me in front of them!"

She took a deep, deliberate breath. "If you wish to pass, you must either face me and kill me, or complete a quest for me. There is no other way!"

Her hands landed firmly on her hips. Black hair framed her face perfectly as she stared at the knights. Oliver, utterly distracted, cleared his throat. "Er... sorry, what was your name again? It is... so long..." His eyes never left her tits.

Fillipe had heard of these witches. They were the lowest-ranking in the kingdom, with little power or influence. Their title was more about cleaning the dragon's lair than actually guarding it. There were powerful witches who posed a serious threat, but this one was not among them. Killing her would have been far easier than completing her quest -- but Fillipe was not brutal. He could not bring himself to do it.

"What is your quest, witch?" he asked, jumping off his horse and stepping closer, though still keeping his distance.

Oliver, trying to take charge as ever, leapt forward. "Yes! Tell us the quest, witch! What must we do to earn passage?!"

She seemed pleased they had chosen the honourable route, letting out a small, satisfied sigh.

"Alright, boys... There is a bandit camp nearby. Their leader... let us say we had a disagreement, and he deserves to die. Or at least to be hurt. And I mean seriously hurt -- limbs, tongue, ears... anything you can cut off and wear as a trophy, you catch my meaning?" She clapped her hands, grinning. "That is your quest. Punish the man, and I will let you pass. How does that sound?"

...

Yes, killing her would be much easier. Perhaps even knocking her unconscious or simply passing by. But quests had rules -- rules that had to be followed. Skipping them could unexpectedly ruin everything.

At least, that was what Fillipe had heard. And what was the point of going on a quest if you did not run a few errands for side characters? He had waited all those years to find out, only to skip side quests? He puffed out his chest and spoke loudly.

"Count me in, my lady! I will show you what this knight can do."

Oliver smirked confidently. "Yes, we will do it." He turned to Fillipe. "And that was my decision, by the way. We are doing it! Let us go."

The witch led them through the forest towards the bandit camp. There was no path, so they had to weave through moss and tangled roots, careful not to make a sound. All the while, Olivier was hopelessly distracted by the way Belladonna's hips swayed with each step, her firm buttocks bouncing provocatively. He tripped more than once, much to Fillipe's irritation.

Eventually, they arrived at a stronghold: walls pierced with spikes and a gate -- wide open. No guards in sight. Silence hung heavily in the air.

"That is suspicious, is it not?" Fillipe whispered. "They're surely trying to fool us. We need to be careful."

The witch and Olivier, however, seemed entirely unconcerned.

"It looked the same last time I was here," she said casually, grabbing Olivier's hand and tugging him towards the gate.

Fillipe bit his lip in frustration but followed them, mainly because he had no better options.

Inside, the scene was anticlimactic. A few drunk men laughed over a card game, some women chased geese, and not a single real guard was in sight.

"Are you sure this is a stronghold?" Fillipe muttered. "From where I stand, it looks like a poorly organised group squatting in an abandoned camp."

The witch shrugged, flipping her black hair over her shoulder.

"Do not be fooled! Follow me -- I'll take you to the leader."

"And how do you even know where he is? What happened here?" Fillipe asked, growing sceptical. He had long since stopped trusting this woman.

She puffed out her cheeks in irritation. "He refused to pay for my guarding services. And when I came back to collect the debt, he laughed in my face!" She spun on her heel, stabbing her finger at her chest. "No one mocks me like that! No one! I refuse to even entertain the thought."

Olivier opened his mouth, no doubt to defend her honour, but Fillipe cut him off sharply.

"You should've formed a thought before offering services to dumb men who are clearly broke," he said, his voice tight with frustration. "But whatever. Let us just get this over with."

The closer they got to the centre, the more eyes they attracted. Eventually, someone raised the alarm, and the guards sprang into action, drawing blades and surrounding them. One of them, a scarred brute with messy hair, stepped forward, spinning a sword in his hand.

"You must be really foolish to come here, girl. Again? I told you I have no money!" he almost shouted. The witch stood tall, arms folded beneath her chest. Then the leader addressed the two men.

"I am Devi, the leader you are looking for, I presume. What do you want?"

Olivier spoke before Fillipe could open his mouth.

"We are here for a quest. Either give up and pay, or you will lose a limb." He spat at the man's shoes. "The other option is to kill you, but I have never done it, so let us stay civilised, shall we?"

The leader looked utterly offended. Fillipe noticed at once and quickly retreated to higher ground, knocking an arrow to his bow.

The scarred man charged at Olivier, swinging his sword viciously. Olivier barely managed to block in time, the force of the blow sending him stumbling backwards.

The witch watched the fight intently, hands clasped beneath her large breasts as she cheered him on.

"Go, go! Knock him on his ass! Make him regret crossing me!"

Fillipe loosed an arrow, striking a bandit in the leg -- right in the knee. As the man crumpled and screamed in pain, his companions hissed in anger and rose to fight for their leader.

Olivier's eyes widened at the sight of all those people raising swords and shouting. This was getting out of control -- and it was not fair at all!

He quickly scrambled to his feet, grabbed his sword, and pulled the witch and Fillipe along with him.

"We need to get out of here!"

They ran through the forest, branches striking their faces and roots tripping them. Eventually, they lost the bandits and returned to the same spot where they had started. The witch laughed loudly.

"Oh, you showed him! You did a great job! He took an arrow to the knee! So perfect! He will never cross my path again, that bastard!"

Olivier was not so sure of that, but as long as the strange woman was happy, he was happy too.

She sauntered over to him, swaying her hips enticingly.

"Now then... I think you can pass... But I would not mind if you stayed a little longer."

Oliver crossed his arms with a smirk. "Oh, really? And why would we want to stay a little longer, hm? There is a princess waiting for us."

Reaching up, she undid the ties of her leather top, letting it fall away completely. Her round, firm breasts spilt free, capped with dark nipples already stiffening in the cool air.

"Come and get it, handsome," the witch purred sultrily, cupping her own tits and presenting them to Oliver invitingly. "Squeeze them, suck them, do whatever you want with them. These are yours for the taking, brave warrior!"

Fillipe gaped openly at the sight, mouth hanging slack. It was far too easy, was it not?

Oliver stared, transfixed at the incredible rack bouncing mere inches from his face. He reached, almost instinctively, to grab a handful, marvelling at the weight and softness.

"Holy shit, I would guess they would be amazing, but damn..." He gave them a firm squeeze, watching them jiggle obscenely in his palm.

Leaning in, he drew a nipple into his mouth, sucking greedily as his tongue swirled around the swollen bud. His other hand kneaded and massaged the neglected breast roughly.

"Mmm... I could suck on these all day..." he mumbled between pulls, savouring the taste and texture of her soft flesh.

The witch moaned wantonly, arching into Olver's mouth. "Oooh, yes, just like that! Suck on my fat titties!" She tangled her fingers in his hair, holding him tight against her heaving chest as he feasted on her nipples.

Fillipe averted his gaze, heat rising to his cheeks.

Without warning, an arm slipped around his torso from behind, a blade pressing cold against his throat.

"Woah, woah, easy now! Let us talk, not fight." He raised his hands slowly, careful not to make any sudden moves.

As she shifted behind him, trying to get a better look, he felt the firm press of a pair of breasts against his back. Then, after a tense pause, she pulled away.

"Ah... would you look at that," she said, circling him. "Thought you were one of those thieving bandits. Turns out you are a handsome lad instead."

She sheathed her blade, her eyes lingering on him with open curiosity -- and he returned the gesture. She was lovely, slim yet strong, with brown hair tied in a bun. Freckles dotted her nose and cheeks. Compared to the witch, perhaps not as well endowed, but certainly better armoured and ready for combat.

"Who are you? What are you doing out here?" Fillipe seemed half impressed and half aroused. "On a quest as well?"

Before she could answer, a loud, unmistakable moan echoed from behind them.

The girl raised an eyebrow, then gave a slow shake of her head. "Ah, whatever madness those two are up to is none of my concern."

Her expression sharpened. "I have business of my own. Can't tell much to strangers, sorry."

She crossed her arms, chin lifting slightly. "Olivia Thornblade. Liv, if you've earned it." A faint smirk tugged at her lips. "And maybe, if you don't prove yourself a fool, I'll let you use it."

Fillipe mirrored her stance, trying to match her confidence.

"Then I suppose I will have to earn it," he said. "We are headed north. If you happen to go there too..." He cleared his throat. "We could travel together."

He leaned in slightly, lowering his voice. "Between us... you seem far more capable than the other two behind me."

Liv let out a soft laugh, her smile widening. "Ah, that's kind of you to say, boy."

She tilted her head, studying him for a moment longer. "I don't usually take company. But I've half a mind not to leave you alone with... whatever that is."

Once the witch Belladona and Oliver had finished making out and groping each other, Fillipe managed to introduce Liv to them. She did not seem pleased, but she agreed to help them regardless. The witch instantly seized the opportunity to try to get Liv out of her pesky clothes.

Liv refused firmly, clenching her hands to her chest.

They travelled further north, now accompanied by two beautiful women. One sat beside Fillipe on his horse, the other behind Oliver. Bella made sure to rub her ample breasts against Oliver's back with each movement of the horse.

They reached a passage that led straight to their destination. It was guarded by three women and one man. He stood half-naked, like the women behind him. His gaze was sharp, painted with irritation at being interrupted in whatever he had been doing.

"What do you want?" he asked harshly.

Oliver, confident as always and fired up from having his well-endowed support behind him, spoke loudly.

"We wish to pass! We are on a quest. Do not make it difficult."

The guardian rolled his eyes.

"Oh really? Well. How about you go fuck yourself?" His answer was as harsh as his hand gesture. "Ladies, show him his place."

The three women, all attractive and well-endowed, half-naked with only fur around their hips, rushed towards the knight. Oliver did not really protest when they dragged him off the horse, to Fillipe's frustration. The women tied the knight's hands above his head and then grabbed heavy sticks -- almost too heavy for them to carry. Only then did Oliver panic.

''You witch! Help me here!'' he begged as the first blow struck his stomach. Bella crossed her arms and smirked.

''What did you say? Help you? I do not think I heard correctly.''

Oliver moaned as he was struck a second time. ''Please! M'lady! I need -- Ah!'' Another blow, this time to his chest. He took a deep breath and taunted the woman who had hit him.

''Try to control your tits when hitting me. They bounce as if you are begging for them to be slapped.''

Another blow. He yelped.

Bella looked at Fillipe and eventually dismounted the horse to approach the leader. "All right, sir. Can you release my friend? It would be a shame to lose him."

The leader smirked and shook his head. "He is disrespectful and far too... horny. I do not know if this man should be allowed anywhere near the princess anyway."

Fillipe, hearing this, approached the leader while still on his horse, Liv holding him by the waist, with her chin on his shoulder.

"He may be who he is, but our team consists of four people. I am sure the rest of us are more than worthy. And my liege goes with us."

The leader snorted. "Oh? And how can you prove you're worthy? You look like another farm boy who is after a pussy. Show some respect to the princess!"

Fillipe jumped off his horse and knelt in front of the man. "I have no issues with bowing my head before you and your ladies. I live to serve and to prove myself. I have no higher desires." He spoke plainly but honestly. Liv raised her eyebrows and snorted quietly.

"Yes, he is a good man. You can trust him, Evenor."

Evenor? Did Liv know this man? The leader laughed loudly. "Alright, alright. You and your companion may pass. That witch and... whoever this man is will stay until we discuss the guidelines for rescuing princesses. Or until my ladies grow tired. Deal?"

Before Fillipe could answer, Liv nodded. "Deal. Thank you."

Fillipe was confused. He didn't mount the horse and just walked while Liv just rode next to him. When they were far enough, he asked with a tight throat.

"Why didn't you stop that man if you knew him? Is there any story between you two?"

She looked at him with a side eye. "I know him, but he isn't my friend. I don't think he even remembers me, and I don't want to have anything to do with him."

Her voice cracked at the last sentence, and she gripped the harness harder.

"Your lord will be fine; the witch will surely manage to convince him to stop the torture." She rolled her eyes. "If your lord even considers it torture. Maybe he enjoys it."

Fillipe bites his lip to not curse. But after a few long moments, he finally sighed and mounted the horse, pushing Liv to the front and grabbing the harness.

"It's my horse. Don't get too cocky," he said with a small smirk, close to her ear, as they travelled further. Now separated from Oliver... This could lead to places that made Fillipe feel warm in his groin. But he wasn't one to flirt openly. He was quite rusty on that topic. And he was worried about his lord on top of it all.
