Summoner's Conundrum Ch. 06

~~~ Quick Recap ~~~
Miles and his wives are adjusting to having the twins around.
Since this is the last chapter in the series, we have a few loose ends to tie up...
~~~ ~~~ ~~~

When Miles and the girls got up the next morning, Miles remembered to tell his wives that he thought they should buy a simple cottage for Hana's mother. Kora said that there was one on the street behind her father's bakery that was available. They all agreed to meet at the market, after the girls got done working. They would get dinner from the food carts so that the girls wouldn't have to mess with fixing dinner - so that they could go see about the cottage. As Mazi had suggested, the pair were super-excited about getting to buy, furnish, and decorate another home.

Before they left, Kora suggested that Miles visit the mayor's office and see if the village had any quests that Miles could help with.

Buck tagged along with Miles and the twins. The mayor told them about a recent string of goblin attacks along the south road. The site was quite a distance from town but the attacks seemed to be increasing and the mayor was worried that traders might start avoiding the town altogether. He directed them to one of the [Traders] at the marketplace who had more information about where the attacks had occurred. Miles and the others went to see the [Trader], got a description of the place, and then mounted up to go investigate.

By lunchtime, the four were back. They grabbed a quick meal from the market, dropped the weapons off for Kole to assess, took the odds and ends to Mazi, and then reported in at the mayor's office to let them know that the problem had been resolved. When the mayor told them he didn't have any reward to offer, Miles told him not to worry about it. Before they left there, the man informed them that Kora had dropped by with a message that Miles was supposed to go to Roald's Inn to talk to Hana.

They hurried that way immediately, worried that something was wrong. Hana assured Miles that everything was okay. She informed him that she had convinced Roald to give her mother the night off so that Noti could go with Kora and Hana to look at the cottage.

When Hana gave Miles an evil grin, he knew he was in trouble. He asked what she was keeping from him. Roald walked over and informed him that he'd only agreed to give Noti the night off because Hana had suggested that Miles would work in her place. Buck fell to the floor, laughing. Miles playfully kicked the boy's feet, asking what he thought was so funny.

Hana told the twins to take Miles home and fuck him to sleep so that he would be rested up to work all night at the inn. Heldra and Wandra grabbed Miles' arms and dragged him out of the inn as quickly as they could. Buck went to visit Witt so that he wouldn't have to listen to the three of them having sex.

Miles only managed to cum twice before Heldra and Wandra had him so worn out that he fell asleep in the middle of the twins sucking him clean so that they could go another round.

A few hours later, Kora, Hana, and Noti woke Miles up with kisses. Hana swatted her mother on the ass when she jumped onto the bed to get her lips onto his. She was super-excited about going house shopping with the girls.

Miles' wives took the twins with them. Buck tagged along with Miles because he was certain that the evening was going to be highly entertaining.

Miles arrived at the inn where Roald introduced him to his two daughters - who covered him and his wife during the night shift. One of them ran the bar and the other ran the kitchen. Roald and his wife wished Miles good fortune and then headed for the exit. Before they left, Roald informed Miles that Hana had told him that she was quitting. Roald was looking for a new girl to replace Noti and then Hana's mother would be moving to the day-shift to cover for Hana. When Miles asked why, Roald told him that Hana wanted her mother to stop taking customers home to earn extra coins. Miles nodded and thanked the man for helping work things out. Roald winked at Buck and told him that he wanted to hear all about how the evening went. Buck assured the [Innkeeper] that he would be staying up to watch the show. Roald's daughters snickered. Miles couldn't figure out what they all thought was so funny.

An hour later, Miles was only about halfway through the rush of customers who had suddenly appeared wanting something to eat for dinner when Buck finally decided to take mercy on him. The boy got up, strapped on an apron and started helping him serve the inn's patrons. Within a few minutes, Buck had cleared up the backlog of orders and Miles was relegated to delivering drinks.

When Buck overheard one of the customers that was waiting for their food asking who Miles was, Buck suggested that Miles summon the bear. As soon as the animal appeared in the busy common room, the entire place went quiet. Buck clambered up the thing, sat on its shoulders, and scratched its head.

For the next hour, between refilling mugs and running drinks to tables, Miles summoned creature after creature at the request of the patrons. When the customers ran out of ideas, Buck told Miles to summon some goblins.

Within minutes, tables had been shoved back against the walls so that semi-intoxicated patrons could try their hand at fighting a small mob of the little green ankle-biters.

As diners finished their meals and left, word of what was happening at the inn began to spread through town and - soon - there was a line out the door of people waiting to get in to watch the fights. Roald's daughter started requiring all of the newcomers to order at least two drinks in order to stay. When nobody wanted to leave, she started requiring them to buy refills every half-hour or so.

There was no shortage of people who wanted to try their luck against the creatures. As the patrons killed the goblins, hobgoblins, and gnolls, Miles summoned more to replace them.

By around midnight, the kitchen stopped taking orders. The staff finished the dishes and then came out to join the crowd of spectators.

A couple hours after midnight, the crowd started thinning. Buck and Miles finally got a chance to sit down - and joined a table filled with the kitchen staff. Roald's daughters took turns behind the bar, getting drinks for the few people who were still sitting around to watch the fights.

When night turned to day and Roald and his wife showed up, they asked how the evening had gone. Roald's daughters informed him that he was out of ale and mead - and short on everything else. The man's head spun towards the [Summoner] who was resting at the nearest table - his cheek lying on his arms.

"He's a shit barmaid," Buck told the man, "but he's a hell of an entertainer..."

Kora, Hana, Noti, and the twins arrived moments later and Roald's daughters helped Buck tell them all about how the evening had gone.

Roald told Noti that she had been switched to the day shift. Noti hugged Hana and told her to take her husband home. Kora raced off to the bakery to tell her father to start looking for someone to replace her. He renegotiated and convinced her to come help him in the mornings. She then informed him that she was taking the day off. He scowled, but nodded.

She caught up to the others as they arrived home. They got Miles into the house, fed him some breakfast, and then took him to bed. Buck took a nap and then went to see Witt. Since everybody else was asleep, the twins tagged along with the boy. They practiced archery together and did some fishing.

By the time Miles and his wives got up, Buck and the twins were back with a mess of fish. Witt showed up a few minutes later to help Buck build a smoker in the stable. Miles went with Witt to get what they needed to build the fish smoker. By the time the boys got back, Kora and Hana had lunch ready. They all ate together and then Witt helped Miles and Buck get the smoker set up and running.

The three guys sat around and kept an eye on the smoker for the afternoon, sharing a little mead that Kora had bought at the market. The twins helped the girls start sewing a quilt that Hana had wanted to make for her mother's new bed. With four of them working together, they had the thing finished before the afternoon had passed. They delivered it to Noti at the inn just as she finished her shift. They followed her home, got the quilt on the bed, and then invited her to dinner. Kora stopped and invited her parents to come as well.

Miles, Kora, Hana, Buck, Witt, Noti, Harald, and Sera sat down to eat the meal that Heldra and Wandra had prepared. The twins served as waitresses for the group since they didn't need to eat. After dinner, everyone moved to the sitting room and Harald asked his daughter where she had gotten the mead. She told him that she'd get a cask for him and have it delivered - after she finished her morning shift the next morning. He laughed and then nodded, telling her again how good it tasted. She hugged his neck and kissed his cheek.

Buck told Harald and Sera about their adventure at the inn. Miles summoned a goblin and Buck wrestled with the thing while the others watched and laughed. Buck ended up with a vicious bite. Heldra healed it. Buck told her to heal it imperfectly so that he'd have a good scar. Miles told him that scars only counted if they were earned in real combat. Buck nodded and let Heldra patch him up. He made Miles promise to take him again the next time there were goblins to kill. The boy was determined to get a good scar so that people would take him more seriously. When Hana giggled at him and then hugged him and kissed his cheek, he shoved her away and told her to go sniff some flowers.

After their guests left for the evening, Kora, Hana, and the twins told Buck to go shove cotton in his ears. He stopped in the washroom and then headed for bed. The four girls dragged Miles off to the master bedroom.

For the first half-hour, they refused to touch Miles or allow him to touch himself. He sat back on the bed, completely naked, and watched as his wives and the twins used their mouths and fingers on each other. The four lusty vixens gave him such an erotic show that pre-cum was leaking from the tip of his penis - which was standing straight up, throbbing, and aching for attention.

When the four of them got him onto his back and surrounded him to get their lips on his cock, he erupted like a geyser. He came harder and longer than he ever remembered happening before. All four of the women fought each other to get a blast of his seed in their mouths. When Miles finally stopped cumming, they worked together to clean the mess from him and each other.

After that, they each took turns riding him while he played with their breasts - while the other three looked on. When Miles was too exhausted to continue, his wives snuggled in beside him. The twins spooned in behind the girls. The blanket struggled to cover them all but, fortunately, they were generating enough body heat that nobody got too chilled. Since the twins were on the outer edges of the bed, they didn't mind. They didn't need to sleep - but they really enjoyed being allowed to stay with Miles and the girls.

The next day, Hana went to see Harald. Since Kora was working mornings, she decided to make a deal with him. She would cover breakfast up through lunch. Her mother would come in at lunch to help her with the crowds and then work through dinner. That way, Roald just needed to find somebody to cover the late nights through the morning. Roald was delighted with the new arrangement. He agreed to let Noti take her meals at the inn. She would only need to make herself some breakfast. Kora had told her sister-wife that she didn't mind her not working but she hugged Hana and kissed her on the lips when the blonde told her about the new arrangement that she had worked out with her boss.

Over the next few days, the girls worked at their jobs in the morning and then came home to fix a light lunch. The twins brought Miles to lunch and then stayed the afternoon to work on teaching Kora and Hana their new skills.

If Miles wasn't busy with anything else, he usually stopped to see Mazi. A day or so after the girls started training seriously, Mazi casually mentioned that if Miles wanted to turn the [Mage] Skill Stone into a pendant or a ring, she could start teaching him some things. Miles raced home, told the girls what Mazi had told him, and asked Wandra if he could borrow his mother's staff back. She tossed it to him and told him to keep it.

Mazi took Miles out in front of her shop, found a seat in the shade, and started teaching him the basics of the profession. Miles was frustrated that he had to start out with the very simplest of spells - but quickly discovered that he could use summoned creatures to practice on - with no obvious downsides. With an endless number of foes to use his new skills on, he was quickly able to sense that he was already getting stronger.

By their third day together, Miles got the feeling that it was time to visit the Oracle Stone. Mazi and the twins went with their three students to the central plaza. Buck found out where they were going and ran to tell Witt that he'd come see him after it was over.

None of the three wanted to be first. Miles insisted that they go in the same order that they had on their Gift Day - their shared birthday. Kora argued that - since she'd had to go first last time - she got to go last this time. Buck got impatient and cussed at them for being pussies. Miles finally stepped up to the large gray boulder.

He took a deep breath, closed his eyes - and then remembered that he had kept them open last time. He opened them again and shoved his hands onto the Oracle Stone, challenging it like he had before.

Just like before, it felt like the stone was sucking his hands against its surface. A jolting burst of power shot through him. He felt like his skin was tingling all over.

~ [Arcane power flows through you. Meditate on what you learn to discover hidden mysteries and unlock your true potential.] ~

A fearful thought entered his mind and Miles quickly checked his stat-sheet - to make sure that he still had [Summoner] as well.

He turned to his wives. They were both anxiously waiting to hear his words.

"Got it," he said, grinning from ear to ear. [Summoner] and [Mage]."

Kora leapt forward to go next but Hana laughed and pulled her back.

"You wanted to go last," the blonde reminded her.

Kora stuck her bottom lip out and pouted. Miles laughed and hugged her.

A moment later, Hana gave an excited shriek and tackled them both. Hana gave them both kisses and then she released the brown-haired girl to go take her turn.

Kora brushed her palms against her hips and then reached out to lay her hands on the stone.

She shuddered a moment later and then turned to look at the other two.

She had wanted to try to trick them but the silly grin spread across her face and they knew that she had gotten it.

"[Healer]," she said, bursting into happy tears.

The twins hugged them all. They even got hugs from Buck. Miles didn't. Buck told him that guys don't hug. Miles laughed and slugged him in the shoulder. Buck punched him back and grinned.

They all separated and then realized that Mazi was still with them. She held out her arms to the three. Miles and his wives rushed over to hug the old woman and thank her for everything that she had done for them.

She whispered to Miles that he was still little more than a novice and he needed to keep practicing. He gave her a quick peck on the lips and told her that he sorely wished that he'd gone back to rescue his mother before she'd been killed. Mazi caressed his cheek and pulled him down so that she could kiss him on the temple, telling him that his mother would have been so proud of him.

Before they were even halfway back to the house, Buck announced that they were all hugging and kissing far too much for his tastes. He offered to walk Mazi home and then he said that he was going to see Noti to see if he could spend the night there.

The girls took Miles home, ate a light dinner together, and then went to the washroom to get freaky in the tub together. The fives of them quickly decided that they were going to need a bigger tub. Their energetic sex-play spilled over from the washroom to the bedroom and Miles quickly found himself under assault.

One woman rode his face, another rode his cock, and the other two rode his fingers. Every time the one on his cock climaxed, they each moved one position to their left. As they used his body to get themselves off again and again, the four of them kissed and caressed one another's faces, breasts, and clits. They ended up making a mess of the bed - despite having put towels down ahead of time. They left the mattress uncovered - so that it could dry - and then moved to one of the spare bedrooms to lie down together. Kora told Hana that - the following afternoon - they were going to go order a bigger bed and then start sewing a larger quilt.

They all snuggled together to fall asleep. This time, Kora and Hana let the twins press themselves against their husband's naked body. Miles didn't notice. He was already asleep.

Miles was midway through another morning of practicing his [Mage] skills when he got another notification from the Oracle Stone.

~ Summoner skill improved ~

~ Summoner ability improved ~

Miles pulled up his stat-sheet and discovered that his Level and Simultaneous Summons numbers had each grown by one.

[Level 7 - Your skill is growing stronger. Summon more complex and larger creatures to further improve your ability.]

[Simultaneous Summons - 7]

Apparently, all of his efforts to summon creatures to destroy with his new [Mage] power was not only raising his skills in that area - but also in his original profession. Miles also noticed that the entry for his new skill level in his new profession either had not started at 1 - or had advanced without him noticing.

[Level 3 - Your skill is improving. Meditate on the spells you have learned to unlock a greater potential and increase your knowledge of the arcane.]

Miles went to see Mazi to ask her about meditating. Her answer was frustratingly simple: sit quietly and push through the spells in his mind, looking for things that he hadn't noticed before.

He went outside - to the chair that Mazi usually sat in when she was watching him practice his new skills. He closed his eyes and started running through the spells he knew. He rolled them over and over in his mind. Miles was just starting to grow frustrated because he didn't really understand what he was supposed to be doing when he heard a raised voice coming out of Mazi's shop.

Mazi was standing behind the counter. Directly in front of her, there was a massive armored man who was - quite obviously - a [Warrior] or a [Paladin]. His armor looked insanely heavy. He wasn't carrying a weapon in his hand - which Miles knew meant that he likely had a magic storage-ring of some kind. Even without a weapon, he was leaning across the counter in a threatening manner.

"I know he came here, wench," the man bellowed. "His trail leads here and then everything gets muddled. He's obviously still in this gods-forsaken little shithole. Tell me where I can find him before I really start to get angry."

As soon as the man sensed that Miles had gained an interest in the conversation, the big man turned so that he could keep an eye on Miles while still glowering at Mazi. The man's eyes twitched to the sides of Miles - like he was seeing something that Miles didn't. Miles summoned the cat to sit on his shoulder and almost immediately became aware that there was an invisible person in the room - some kind of assassin from the feel of him... or her...
