Registered users in good standing may:

Infrastructure Attacks: Launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, introduce viruses, worms, trojans, logic bombs, or attempt to overwhelm platform bandwidth or server infrastructure.

Security Vulnerability Exploitation: Probe, scan, test, or exploit system vulnerabilities, bypass authentication barriers, perform SQL injections, or breach firewalls.

Account Hijacking & Impersonation: Attempt to log into another user’s account, brute-force passwords, or misrepresent identity or affiliation with SlutteryTales staff or other creators.

Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any software or scripts running SlutteryTales.

5.1 Prohibition on Unsolicited Marketing

Users may not use SlutteryTales as a vehicle for unauthorized commercial solicitation, spam, or financial scams. Forbidden commercial activities include:

Posting repetitive affiliate links, promotional referral codes, or direct product advertisements in comments, stories, or forum posts.

Sending bulk, unsolicited private messages (spam) to other members.

Offering fraudulent services, financial schemes, cryptocurrency giveaways, or phishing links.

Selling, renting, trading, or transferring a SlutteryTales account to a third party without authorization.

6.1 Proactive Safety & Enforcement

SlutteryTales monitors system usage, API calls, login logs, and user reports to detect technical abuse, underage access attempts, and policy violations.

6.2 Penalties for Non-Compliance

Violation of this Policy will result in immediate administrative action based on the severity of the offense:

First / Minor Technical Violation: Formal warning, temporary rate-limiting, or removal of offending material.

Underage Access / Severe Security Violation: Permanent account termination, permanent IP address ban, disallowance of future registration, and, where applicable, referral to legal law enforcement agencies.
