1. INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE
1.1 Overview
SlutteryTales ("Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our") is dedicated to empowering adult authors, poets, digital artists, and storytellers. We provide a space for creative expression, literary exploration, and community engagement centered around adult storytelling.
1.2 Purpose of this Guideline
These Creator & Author Content Guidelines ("Creator Guidelines") provide practical instruction on publishing works on SlutteryTales. They outline formatting standards, tagging obligations, copyright declarations, monetization readiness, and content classification rules.
Compliance with these Creator Guidelines is mandatory for all members who submit, publish, or manage written or media content on the Platform. This document operates alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines & Content Policy.
2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & CREATOR ATTESTATION
2.1 Age Affirmation
All authors and creators must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). By publishing any story, poetry, or artwork on SlutteryTales, you formally attest that you meet this age requirement and hold the legal capacity to enter into publishing agreements.
2.2 Account Integrity
Creators must maintain an active, verified account. Publishing content under misleading identities to impersonate real-world individuals, other authors, or SlutteryTales staff is strictly prohibited.
3. MANDATORY TAGGING, CATEGORIZATION & CONTENT WARNINGS
To ensure readers can navigate the Platform safely and find content matching their preferences, creators must classify their works accurately prior to publication.
3.1 Primary Genre & Category Assignment
When uploading a story or series, creators must select the primary category that best reflects the narrative (e.g., Erotic Romance, BDSM & Fetish, Taboo & Dark Fiction, Sci-Fi/Fantasy Erotica, LGBT+, Non-Erotic Fiction, Poetry).
3.2 Content Warnings & Trigger Tags
SlutteryTales supports creative freedom in adult literature, including dark, intense, or unconventional themes. However, transparency is mandatory. Creators must apply appropriate content warning tags in the story metadata if a work contains:
Non-consensual or dubiously consensual sexual encounters in fiction (Dub-Con / Non-Con)
Extreme graphic violence, torture, or gore
Heavy psychological themes, self-harm references, or trauma
Specific fetish themes, kink, or uncommon taboos
Failing to apply required content warnings, or deliberately hiding intense themes under misleading tags, will result in story removal or account warning.
4. CREATOR CONTENT BOUNDARIES & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
While SlutteryTales welcomes diverse adult storytelling, all published works must adhere to strict legal boundaries.
4.1 Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions
Creators must NEVER submit or publish:
Underage Depictions (CSAM/CSAE): Any story, scene, illustration, or text describing or depicting sexual acts involving characters under 18 years of age. Fictional setting descriptions (e.g., high school environments) involving explicit themes are strictly forbidden. All characters in explicit scenes must be unambiguously depicted and stated as consenting adults aged 18+.
Non-Consensual Real-Person Media (NCII): Real-world adult images, videos, or audio recordings uploaded without documented, written consent from every depicted person.
Plagiarized Works: Copying stories, poems, or artwork from commercial books, websites, or other authors without legal permission.
Real-World Harm: Text inciting real-world violence, terrorism, hate speech against protected groups, or actionable instructions for suicide or self-harm.
4.2 Use of Real People in Fiction (RPF)
Fictional stories featuring real living public figures or celebrities must clearly state in the author's note that the work is a work of fiction.
Depicting private, non-public real-world individuals in explicit fiction without their consent is strictly banned.
5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DISCLOSURE RULES
SlutteryTales values human creativity while accommodating evolving technological tools. Creators using AI in their creative process must follow these transparency rules:
5.1 Mandatory AI Tagging
AI-Assisted / AI-Generated Text: If a story, poem, or text work was generated in whole or in part using Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI text tools, the creator must select the "AI-Generated" or "AI-Assisted" tag during submission.
AI Artwork: Digital artwork, story covers, or visual assets produced using AI image generators must be tagged as "AI Artwork".
5.2 Ownership & Copyright Attestation
Creators submitting AI-assisted works remain personally responsible for ensuring that the AI generation process did not output copyrighted text or assets belonging to third parties.
6. PREPARING FOR FUTURE CREATOR MONETIZATION
SlutteryTales is actively developing features to enable creators to monetize their readership (such as premium story subscriptions, reader tips, and creator payouts).
6.1 Future Monetization Eligibility
To qualify for future monetization features, creators must maintain:
An account in good standing with zero Tier 2 or Tier 3 content policy violations.
A consistent record of accurate story tagging and content disclosures.
Compliance with tax documentation and payout verification processes (KYC) when introduced under applicable jurisdiction laws (including Indian tax and international payment compliance).
7. STORY REMOVAL & CREATOR RIGHTS
7.1 Author-Initiated Removal
Creators retain ownership of their original works and may unpublish, archive, or delete their stories from SlutteryTales at any time via their author dashboard.
7.2 Platform Moderation Rights
SlutteryTales reserves the right to unpublish, lock, or modify the tags of any story that violates platform guidelines, lacks required content warnings, or receives unresolved copyright claims.
