I had both sets of keys, the title and registration for my car in my bag, and my school stuff. Brent followed me to the school. When I arrived, Jack, and Sam naked as usual, were waiting outside my classroom. I smiled unlocking the door. They followed me in.

I headed out to his truck. After carefully backing that big truck out of the space, I headed up the boulevard less than a mile to my bank. As he turned to greet me, Brent introduced us, "Ron, this is Janice. Janice, Ron. We're old high school friends."

He nodded, "Let's go look at a Jeep." We walked over by the service entrance where two Jeeps were parked, several people kinda following me, both Jeeps had a 'HOLD' sign on the windshield. I headed to the orange two door Willys Jeep with the soft top. Ron explained, "It's the Willys package, off road tires, better radio and larger touch screen, convenience package with hands free locks and heated seats, automatic transmission with the turbo four cylinder." He opened the door for me.

I smiled, "It feels familiar. What's the list on this one?"

He smiled, "Sticker, not what you would pay, is $42,587.

I asked, "How hard is it to lower the top"

Ron nodded, "It's not something you do for a quick drive. Let me show you." With my help for practice, and a group gathered around watching me, we slid out the rear side windows, then the rear window, all into a storage bag, "You can drive it like this, then just drop the top when you want." He went through unlocking the top from the windshield, then folding it back without pinching fingers. Then locking it is the down position "That's it."

I smiled at Brent. He smiled, "Let's see you put it back together." Putting the top up was easy, but sliding the windows back into place took some effort and time, and is probably already on YouTube with all the cell phones pointed my way. But I got it done, eventually. Another salesman took a video of me putting the top back up naked for us.

Ron smiled, "Brent told me what you are looking for, that's why I have this green one here to show you. It has a bigger V6 motor and manual transmission." The other Jeep was really bright lime green, same Willys package, but four door, with a color matching hard top like Brent's truck. I walked around it with even more people gathered around with cell phones. Ron opened the door for me, and I sat in it. Looking at Ron, "A hard top roof?"

He held up his finger, "Hit the 'Start' button." I tapped it and everything lit up. He smiles, "Between the visors, see the 'Open' button? Press and hold it." I was too short to see it from outside, but the whole roof is soft top. Holding the button it slid back, folding and stacking up on the back end.

I smiled, "No fucking way. A one button convertible roof panel."

Ron nodded, "Brent thought this might be more like you wanted, you just didn't know it yet. It is only available on the four door Wranglers." I looked at Brent and grinned

I smiled, "And a manual transmission. But, how much?"

He nodded, "Yeah, it's at $48,102, list price."

I asked, "So, it's like $6,000 more with a manual transmission. The four doors and awesome roof really add the bucks, huh?"

Ron nodded, "But this vehicle has three manufacturer cash back promotions they don't offer on the two door models. They make less of the two door, and they sell quick." He pulled out a page of notes, "There's the 'Employee Pricing for Everyone' rebate of $2,500. There's a 'Manual Transmission Incentive' of $1,250. And you qualify for the 'Educator, Military, First Responder rebate of $1,000. "That's $4,750 off the price, applied as part or all of your down payment." He paused, "Makes this actually like $43,352 list after rebates. It's only about $800 more than the two door."

Brent was grinning. I smiled looking at the two of them, "Can I take it out?

Ron nodded, "It's gassed up and been waiting just for you."

They stayed to talk. You could hear the crowd disappointed I was leaving, even just fir a test drive. I started it up, and adjusted the seat and mirrors. I opened the roof, windows, and started off. I drove it down the boulevard, made a turn, drove it around BASU, then back to the dealership. When I returned, the orange one was gone. I parked and hopped out, "Never thought I'd want the four door one, but I love the roof. About the discount for friends?"

Brent and Ron laughed as another group started watching me with cell phones out. Ron still smiling, "I'll give you the Brent deal, already approved. No doc fees, saves $795. Then we deduct enough from list to cover the 9,1% sales taxes, plate fees. The total is still $43,352, saving you another more than $5,000." He paused, "What do you think?"

I smiled, "I think I want to take it home." The crowd of strangers watching me applauded, "I have a loan arranged through my Credit Union, and planned on $6,000 down."

Ron smiled, "I just need your license and insurance card, I'll get the finance guy working on the paperwork. It'll take a few minutes." He walked off.

I smiled at Brent, "You knew I'd rather have this one huh?"

He nodded, "Big motor, stick shift and a power top. And more room for shopping? Yeah, we were sure you would pick it. I'm sure the customer that had the orange one transferred here would be happy too. If he knew."

Ron returned, "We're all set. The paperwork is ready, Jeep added to your insurance. We just need the loan information." He motioned toward a side entrance, "Right this way." We walked into the dealership to one of the glassed in offices. It almost felt weird not having the crowd and cell phones around me. I had the loan pre-approval form. Sitting down with their closer, I asked her the amount after the down payment, filled it in as the loan amount, selected five year terms and signed it.

She smiled, "Yeah, we can't beat that rate. Will you be writing a check for the down payment or debit card? I slid the card in the scanner, signed to confirm the amount, entered my pin and that was done. I signed several forms, then was handed copies, my new keys, the pack of manuals, a Jeep cap, a book of service coupons and her card. She smiled, "Never closed a car for a naked customer before."

I laughed, "My first time buying a car naked too." We shook hands, and I stepped out to join Brent and Ron.

Ron smiled, "The temporary tags are on. It's time for happy new customer pictures with your new Jeep. We do them with every customer. Facebook, Instagram, all the social medias, you'll find us." I handed my Jeep stuff to Brent as we walked out. I posed for a couple pics with my new Jeep and we were done. I reached up and put the new Jeep cap on Brent's head as I grabbed the rest of the stuff.

Brent followed me home. Pulling up to the cabin, Stacy's car was in the drive and she was standing on the porch naked with a smile. She walked out, "New car?"

Brent smiled, "You didn't need to do that, but something smells good."

Stacy grinned, "Can't take too much credit. It's a whole super veggie lasagna from Gino's, just keeping warm."

Brent headed upstairs to get undressed. I poured wine for the three of us and we carried the glasses out to the table and started catching up on the week Brent came out a few minutes later and joined us. He asked, "What has David planned for you this weekend?"

Stacy smiled, "I have directions to his place, kinda confusing, but I'll find it. I'm going there early afternoon, he's making dinner, and? I'm already packed for my flight Sunday afternoon. Arizona next week." She paused, "Let's dish out some dinner."

The lasagna was great, and another tray had tossed salad ready to plate. After dinner, we poured more wine and hit the hot tub. It gave me time to ask Stacy questions about David, just like she did me when I met Brent.

Brent smiled, "He has a nice place, great view of the Bay. He lives the city life where he can walk to the office."

We talked, laughed, and soaked awhile. Then we rinsed off together in the outdoor shower. After carrying stuff inside and kitchen cleanup, Brent and I headed upstairs to our nighttime routines. Stacy went to her room, ready to crash after a long day.
