Janice's Naked Journal 0701

** All characters mentioned or named in this story are 18+ years old. **

Tuesday, July 1, (not the actual date to protect the guilty -- me)

Hi, my readers and fans! More reality today. More naked research.

Tuesday morning, I put more effort in my morning routine, then spent most the morning working on editing an older story. I had a thirty minute drive at most to Evelyn's in Los Gatos, the other side of San Jose, for lunch. I left at quarter to noon.

Turning into a gated drive, I saw where a few other obviously expensive cars parked to the side, and parked. The home is a huge modern Mediterranean and wonderful landscaping. Evelyn was walking out in her tennis outfit before I was even out of Brian's car with my tennis bag. She smiled, "I'm so glad you could come. Love your car."

I grinned, "It is fun to drive. Hi. Been looking forward to this."

We walked through her home to her kitchen, "Can I offer you a beverage."

I smiled, "A water would be great. Thank you. Your home is absolutely beautiful."

She handed me a water from the huge, like double size fridge, "We're setup out on the terrace." I followed her out to where four women were already seated. Two of them I remember, Barbara and Samantha, from the charity dinner, the other two Evelyn made the introductions. One smiled, "We thought Evelyn was kidding, but no."

Two more women arrived, regulars that let themselves in. I grinned when I recognized one, Amy, the younger wife of a partner of Brian's. She gave me a hug, "Awesome, didn't know you'd be here." The other was Helen, a younger woman I met at the charity dinner. Amy sat beside me, Evelyn to my other side at the head of the table.

It was light conversation. Evelyn's chef started bringing out salads for everyone. Shopping seems to be a favorite topic. That and current fashion trends, and a couple new 'must try' restaurants. I was asked, what kind of shopping I do. "I laughed, "Not much. I order groceries online, do the customer pickup. One day I'll figure out how to shop for a new bag. Most everything else I shop online, except stuff for my flower gardening.

The chef brought out light vegetarian stuffed grilled Portobello mushroom sandwiches with hummus filled celery sticks. It was all awesome no guilt food.

After lunch, Amy and I paired up for doubles tennis. I was out of practice, and playing barefoot was weird. It didn't help. But Amy was able to pick up a bit of my slack the first set. I was getting back in my groove during the second set. But through all three sets, I have to admit being barefoot slowed me down a bit. Singles would be really difficult without sneakers.

After our game, we returned to the table to watch the other four play. We had a good conversation going. It was getting on 5:00 when we all were finished with tennis and some final conversation. Amy and I left at the same time. Even with traffic, I was home by 6:00.

I grabbed a water, my tablet, and made myself at home. It was maybe a half hour later, a guy knocked on the fence, standing in the sidewalk gate opening. I looked up, "Hi! C'mon in. Have a seat." I might have surprised him being so welcoming, but he took a seat, holding onto a couple clip boards, "Hi. I'm Ralph. My wife and I are in 607 down the walkway." He paused, "I've been talking with the HOA Bitch."

I busted out laughing, "Sorry."

He laughed at his own joke, "Yeah. She said you contacted a lawyer because you live here naked and use your outdoor space naked as well. So you're pushing against the hedge rows."

I shook my head, "Not exactly. We suggested mixing things up, some hedges, those that want walls, get walls. I just don't want to change the naked lifestyle I bought this unit to live."

He nodded, "I get that." A bunch of us got together yesterday. I guess you were out most all day, some came by a couple times to have you join us. We put together something different after talking with the Bitch." He showed me a diagram on his clip board, "We made the hedges forty-eight inches high and took the hedges all the way to the main walkway. That would add eight feet of space, we would have that as more matching stone terrace. Since it's not tall walls, it wouldn't narrow the feeling along the walkway. They thought they were getting off cheap, just planting the little shrubs."

I nodded, "Yeah, and I really don't want to be the neighborhood asshole, but?"

He nodded, "Yeah, I know. So, we added something to the petition." He showed me in the petition text, "We added this where the HOA grants you irrevocable nude use of your condo and outdoor space. None of us that met yesterday had any objection."

I looked at the petition, "You've put a lot of thought into this."

He nodded, "We felt, your gates open, privacy wasn't really the issue for you?"

I sat back, "Yeah, and I love the added terrace space, a grill, patio furniture, a fun umbrella and more plants.

He smiled, "So, a group of us are walking the neighborhood, meeting homeowners and getting signatures. Would you join me, work the 600's and 800's while I work the 700's and 900's? I'll be with you just across the walkway?"

I nodded, "Give me a minute to get my bag and lock up."

He smiled, getting the second clipboard setup for me. When I was ready, "You enter your condo number here, print your name here, sign here. Then the next homeowner below and so on. We'll start another page for the 800's." I signed, then we were off and running. He went to 701, and I knocked on Roger's door next door.

Roger smiled, "I like that idea. You're happy with this?" I nodded and he signed.

I knocked on the door at 603, and an older gentleman answered the door. I smiled, "Hi. I'm the troublemaker in 601, Janice Butler. A group of residents came up with a different solution." I went through the diagram and description.

He smiled, "Yeah, I like this." He signed up, "It was a pleasure meeting you."

I thanked him, then knocked on the door of 604. I got 604, 605 and 606 signed up. Then I knocked on the door for 607. Ralph's wife answered the door, shaking her head smiling, "Ralph has you out getting signatures too? And you naked!" She signed for them, "I think this will make everyone happy."

I nodded, "Yeah, me too."

I knocked on the door to 608, Adam, of Janet and Adam that had dinner with us the other night opened the door. He loudly to Janet inside, "It's Janice."

Janet joined us. I smiled, "A group of residents came up with a different idea. I'm helping get signatures for a petition." I went through the diagram and description.

Janet smiled, "More terrace space? I'm up for that." Adam signed for them. Ralph was waiting patiently since the 700's are two units shorter, the end building being the clubhouse.

Ralph and I started at the top of the next walkway. I knocked on the door for unit 801. Both the doors to 801 and 802 opened. I went through the deal with both of them. That got me two more signatures. I got a signature at 803, but 804 didn't answer the door, probably not home.

I wrote 804 on the petition to hold that signature line open, then went around to 805 and knocked on the door. A guy answered the door and I went through the diagram and description with him. He smiled, "Giving up these wooden fences, at least we're getting more space, huh? The hedge design they're currently proposing is just a cheap fix. And looks like they've got you covered. Everyone wins, right?"

I smiled, "I think so." He signed, then I knocked on the door for 806, the last unit before the clubhouse on this side. The door opened. I had no idea this was the HOA president's condo, but found out quickly. She was cordial, "You must be Janice Butler?" I smiled as we talked for a couple minutes. Then I showed her the diagram and description, which she read thoroughly, word by word including the mention of me.

She looked at me, "C'mon in. Let's call the landscape architect." She gave him a call, sending him a pic of the diagram, telling him the hedges would be taller plants, to be maintained at four feet height. She would have a cost estimate in the morning. She asked me, "You had a hand in this design?"

I shook my head, "Ralph from 607 brought this by a little while ago. A group of homeowners put this together, and I'm helping get signatures. I'm not wanting to be the neighborhood asshole, and this has me covered. I figure, like me, everyone would love more terrace space."

She nodded, "We'll find out tomorrow how much more this costs versus the wood fencing. Wood has gotten so expensive. I'll review the fund allocations available, and see how much of an assessment this would require. "Then she surprised me by signing the petition.

With that I was out the door and caught up with Ralph at 907. I showed him I only missed unit 804. He nodded, "He's out gathering signatures. I'll catch up with him later." I pointed at the signature from 806. He looked at me, "No shit, she signed too?" He met with 907 and 908.

We stopped at my place. I wanted to take pics of the diagram, and the description on the page I signed to show Brian. The guy from 804 saw me and Ralph through the double gate and joined us, "You must be Janice Butler?"

I nodded, "I must be. Been helping collect signatures." Ralph added, 'We still need yours." He smiled and signed my page where I wrote in his unit number.

Ralph smiled, "We're all meeting up with our signature pages in the clubhouse. Got pizza being delivered. Care to join us?"

I smiled, "Yeah. I'd love too." I joined them, four other guys and all their wives. One of the wives smiled, "The troublemaker."

Another jumped in, "Good thing. We're going to get a better solution."

Ralph went through the forms, "We're only missing about a dozen signatures. That's enough, but we'll try them again tomorrow."

I smiled, "I can try in the morning. Some of them might work evenings." Ralph pointed at me, "Good idea."

I spent time just visiting and getting to know my neighbors. Pizza arrived a half hour later. Huge pizzas, I had one slice, and that was plenty. One of the guys asked, "Your lawyer still coming to the meeting?" I nodded, "Oh, yeah. He's my boyfriend. I wasn't planning on going, but after this petition and meeting some neighbors, I might."

One of the wives smiled, "You should come, voice your opinion." After an hour of visiting, Ralph set me up with a clipboard and one form with the twelve missing condo numbers to get signatures. I walked up to my place and setup out on the patio again.

I texted Brian attaching the pics of the diagram and description, 'Hi! Neighbors came up with their own idea. Got me covered, and taller hedges, bigger terraces.' I had finished my nighttime routine when he called while driving home. I told him about lunch and tennis. He explained he went over the pics I texted, "You signed it, but is it what you want?"

I replied, "I got the feeling that the expensive walls just weren't going to make it. But they knew planting shrubs wasn't spending the same amount as the wood fences, so more terrace space. If block walls are out, I'm happy with it."

Wednesday morning, after my morning routine, I headed outside with my tablet, coffee and Pop Tarts. I worked at editing an older story until about 10:00. Caffeinated, and stuff back inside, I grabbed the clipboard and headed out barefoot naked. Starting with a unit in the 100's row,

I knocked on the door for 106. A younger guy answered the door. He smiled, "You must be Janice Butler. Heard about you from my neighbor."

I nodded, "Yeah. Hi. You probably heard, a group of residents came up with a different plan." I went through the diagram and description, "We haven't found out if, or how much more than budget this idea is, but most everyone has signed. What do you think?"

He smiled, "Where do I sign?"

I asked, "Will you be able to attend the meeting Thursday?"

He shook his head, "I work evenings. I'll look for an email."

I nodded, "Thank you for signing!" I was on my way to the next condo on my list. It took awhile for me too work through the list, ending with unit 1402. I gained another ten of the twelve missing signatures. I was back home just before noon.

I scheduled a Walmart pickup from 2:00 to 3:00 in the afternoon. Then I went out to the car to locate the trunk release. I found the button, and it popped the front hood. To open the trunk in front, I had to find the secondary latch, lift it to lift the hood. I snickered, thinking to myself, 'That's a small trunk.'

I left about 2:00, taking the boulevard route, pulling in the far side entrance. I put the windows down, and called in the space number. I had cars on each side, and facing me in the next row. Sitting in that low car that attracts the attention of every man, they all had to know I was naked. A few minutes later there was a knock on the back lid. I smiled, head at the window, "The trunk is up front." I popped the front lid.

He stood with both hands holding the big pack of bottled waters. I thought, 'Crap, the latch.' I had to get out of the car in front of others waiting on groceries all around me, to lift the latch and hood for him. People walking by and a security camera aimed at me from the light pole, as he loaded the waters. He made another trip to his rolling cart with all the blue boxes, for all the plastic bags. I stood there waiting until he had them loaded. I thanked him, and he smiled, "Beautiful car ma'am." Then after gently closing the hood, I quickly got back in the car.

I started the car, roaring to life with its gurgling crackle. I backed out ever so slowly, then headed home. It was a cumbersome reach to get the big pack of waters out of the trunk. If I'm keeping this car, it might be time to get the huge bottled water delivered.

About 4:00 the HOA president stopped at my double gate, "Knock, knock!"

I stood and waved her to my table, "Come on in. Have a seat."

She took a seat, "I definitely misjudged you after receiving the letter from your attorney. But I've seen and heard how much effort you put into this compromise. I apologize for that."

I smiled, " Well, my lawyer is my boyfriend. He's just looking out for me, making sure I'll be happy. And he's a great lawyer. But he was looking at, we were discussing possible compromises too."

She nodded, "I got that feeling. I received the costs, and wanted to run things by you, since you've become kind of a key player in this. There's a big cost difference between planting less than three foot tall plants, and they'll grow to four foot in a couple years, or planting approximately four foot plants. Those would require an $800 assessment per unit. But if starting with about three foot tall plants won't work for you, I'll not mention it."

I smiled, "Mention both. I can deal with the shorter plants and wait for them to grow. But I'm betting most will agree to the $800. It's not like the $1000's for the block walls. Mention the $800 option first. Mention the other if there's a lot of complaints, if they want to go cheap?"

She asked me, "Are you coming to the meeting?"

I nodded, "I wasn't until Ralph got me involved with this idea, and got me out walking the whole neighborhood knocking on doors. Now I'm going to be there."

She said, "Great," as she stood up, "Thank you for meeting with me. I'll see you there."

After she left, I started prepping everything for dinner, cheesy omelets with onions and sausage, broccoli on the side. I made small fruit bowls, tart and sweet with the richness of the omelets.

Brian showed up, close to 6:00, took off his jacket and tie when he put his bags in the bedroom. I had a bottle of wine open and after a long kiss, poured glasses for us. We sat out at the patio table. He smiled, "Master negotiator, huh? You're the one that delivered the new idea to the HOA president?"

I nodded, "I was surprised when she answered the door when I was helping get signatures."

He snickered, "Yeah. I talked with her after she visited with you. Told her about the same thing you told her, just bring up the $800 to do it right. Only mention the cheaper plants if there's lots of grumbling. I told her, you should bring up the cost. Homeowners like you more than her."

I looked at him, "You didn't really say that?"

He nodded, "Yeah, but she got it. She agreed you should join her and maybe Ralph(?), giving the presentation." Then he explained and asked, "They'll put plants anywhere there isn't a walkway connecting to the terrace. You want more walkway, like to your sidewalk?"

I thought, "Yeah, one right there where the terrace meets the patio, further from the main walkway. And can we change the shape of the parking lot walkway?"

He asked, "What are you thinking?"

I smiled, "Come off each corner, something that rounds and curves to the existing walkway. That way there's no shrubs on that side, it'd be space for more plants and flowers. Or, better yet, maybe raised borders around planting bed that match the walkway? Trellises and my Bougainvillea."

He nodded, "We'll get that done as soon as they finish the terrace extension."

He assisted me with cooking dinner, with biscuits in the oven and broccoli in the steamer basket. I had the first omelet in my omelet pan, designed to easily flip the omelet, instead of me dumping it on the stove. We had a great dinner out on the patio.

After dinner, Ralph and his wife came around to the walkway entrance to my terrace, "Hey, Janice!"

I smiled, "Get in here. Guys, this is Brian."

Ralph shook his hand, "My wife Ruth." They took seats, "Talked with the Bitch." Ruth smacked his hand. Ralph smiled, "Okay, Talked with Doris, after she talked with you two. I think we push for that small $800 assessment for the full size shrubs. Let's have it look perfect from the start."

I nodded, "Yeah, we pretty much said the same thing. Cheap price for nearly doubling the terrace size."

We visited, drinking wine and talking about the neighborhood. They've been living here for many years. Frank laughed, "This is our third fence replacement."

Ruth added, "The last two were the same. Let's do something different. Then there's no agreement."

Ralph nodded, "We might actually get it done this time. I will say, once a decision is made, the HOA is quick to get things done."

After they left, a little cleanup in the kitchen, and we headed to the bedroom. I turned down the bed while Brian got out of his clothes. He laid beside me on top of the bed, on our sides, his arm around me. I gave him that first long passionate kiss, "You know what I think?"

Brian smiled, "Oh, oh, what's on your mind?"

I gave him another long deep passionate kiss, "You should bring a bunch of clothes and move in weeknights."

He smiled, "And weekend nights at the house?"

I gave him another long passionate kiss, "Mmmmmm Hummmmm." Then I gave him another long deep passionate kiss, "Four nights here, shorter commute, dinners here.

Brian smiled, "Together every night? Weekends to ourselves?"

His hard dick pressing against me, the scent of my juices noticeable, I gave him another long passionate kiss, "Maybe take me out for dinner one night?"

Brian smiled, "Yeah, we can do that."

I pulled him tight against me, giving him another long passionate kiss, "Fuck me."

He grinned, wanting to laugh as he gently rolled me on my back. We were both so ready as he slowly, and gently, worked his dick deep inside me. Then he started stroking teasingly slow, letting things build. I was slammed by an immense orgasm, my moan changing to a high pitched almost scream. He arched his back, deep inside me, blasting shot after shot of hot cum.

After a few minutes, catching our breath and relaxing, we hit the bathroom to cleanup and do our nighttime routines.

Thursday morning, Brian showered first, then me in my little shower. We finished our morning routines, Brian dressed to intimidate in court, he was soon on his way. I spent the day, a quiet day with no errands to run, at my table getting caught up on this piece, and the editing of an older piece. Okay, I did goof off a bit, looking at furniture and a gas fire pit for the bigger terrace.
